Kitsune Ramen needed a direction that balanced authentic Japanese sensibility with playful Western appeal — without feeling gimmicky, childish, or cliché.

The challenge was to create a brand that:

Appeals to younger audiences and families

Blends folklore, food culture, and humor

Has a distinct personality and visual identity

Stays warm, welcoming, and memorable
